SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 5-7 business days (excluding weekdays and holidays) for processing. Body butter and Aloe Relief! Cream may require a freezing period before we package and ship the order to be proactive against the likelihood of melting during the hotter months. Processing time is separate from shipping times.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We are not liable for damages incurred over the shipping process or if you've entered your address incorrectly. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, your money (minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee) will be refunded. However, if you receive your package damaged, please let us know via email at contact@lilithluxury.com with photo/video documentation so we can work to keep you a satisfied customer. Please make sure to state your name, order number, and pictures/videos clearly showing the damage so we work to prevent any issues in the future.
